WONDERFUL WEBSTER SEALS TV TREBLE

SightRight coached Mark Webster continued his recent improvement in form by qualifying for a triple-header of televised major tournaments over the weekend.

The Welsh left-hander, who has been working with new coach Stephen Feeney, headed to Coventry on Friday for the Grand Slam of Darts qualifier and the World Series qualifier, while also aiming to make sure of his place in the Players Championship finals.

STRONG START TO SEASON FOR WEBSTER

Welsh darts wizard Mark Webster made a solid start to 2015 with a productive weekend at the first three UK Open qualifiers of the year. The former World Champion reached his first individual PDC semi-final for three years in Friday’s event and it took a deciding leg victory for world number one Michael van Gerwen to stop him progressing even further.

World Grand Prix: Webster Puts Out Bunting

Mark Webster held his nerve to stop a Stephen Bunting fightback and book his place in the second round of the World Grand Prix with an impressive victory in Dublin on Sunday.

Webster lost the opening leg but bounced back to win the next three, moving a set ahead.
